What is VFFS machine rental?
Vertical form fill seal machine hire gives temporary access to equipment that forms bags from packaging film, fills them and seals them. It can support trials, seasonal packs, contract production or temporary capacity, but the forming set, dosing method, film and product must work together.
One “bagging machine” does not fit every pack: finished width and length, film structure, seal temperature, product drop, headspace, dose and coding position all affect suitability.

VFFS versus premade pouches
Choose the pack route before choosing the machine
VFFS creates a bag from roll stock during production. A premade-pouch process fills and closes a bag supplied in its finished shape. Each route has different film, tooling, labour, format and presentation implications.
Rental is most effective when the chosen pack format is already defined and representative product, film and samples are available for assessment.
